A vacancy has now arisen within our management team for the role of
Front Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in working in a large/multi venue 4 star hotel or similar
Experience of Implementing and managing a CRM/Loyalty & Rewards programme in a similar multi-venue environment.
Experience of Training and leading a team of managers
A proven ability to influence and inform people from team member through to Director level.
Confidence in advising the hotel Manager and Senior team as to the effective running of the department
Knowledge of working with budgets, and manpower planning.
Opera hotel operating experience or similar
You must be able to demonstrate very high standards towards moving the business forward in terms of customer care and guests. This coupled with an enthusiasm, passion and energy for the role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk, listen and negotiate with management and staff alike.
