Delivering in Bracknell and adjacent areas. We have been trading for over 25 years, and are a leading supplier of timber, building materials and bathrooms to both the trade and public.
Job Overview
-Assist suppliers with offloading deliveries into the yard
-Assist customers
-Jubilee drivers and other members of staff, with the loading of goods from the yard/warehouse
Responsibilities and Duties
-Keep the yard tidy and orderly at all times ensuring that there are no tripping hazards, or danger from falling or protruding items.
-Offload supplier lorries and put away stock in correct locations.
-Load Jubilee vehicles when necessary.
-Assisting customers in loading goods purchased.
-Monitor the movement of traffic in the yard to ensure that no persons in the yard or in vehicles are in danger of collision or injury.
-Observe the Company health and safety procedures at all times. Especially when using equipment such as forklift trucks and JCB loader.
-Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times for example protective boots, high visibility jackets, helmets, dust masks and gloves as instructed by your supervisor.
-Deliver goods to site when required on the small truck.
Skills & Experience
Hold a current driving licence
