Love is in the air

This time of year is high season for weddings and if this has inspired you to plan your own, why not enquire about holding your reception at one of the John Nike Leisuresport Limited Centres?
John Nike Leisuresport, Plymouth, for example, has become a very popular venue following an advertising campaign in local publication, Devon Weddings. It offers its Alpine Lodge as an ideal location for happy couples celebrating their special day.
At the Bracknell centre, the facilities for weddings include both Honies restaurant and the hospitality suite – giving guests an unusual view of the ski slope and ice rink during the course of the event.
Packages can be tailored to the needs of the bride and groom but are always excellent value for money, making John Nike Leisuresport Limited a great option for those planning a reception to stand out from the crowd.

Feel the thrill on the slopes

If skiing or snowboarding are something that you have always wanted to try but have never got round to, then forthcoming open days at the John Nike Leisuresport centres could be just the opportunity you need to give them a go.
Plans are in place for an open day at John Nike Leisuresport, Swadlincote, in September – although the date has not yet been finalised. Visitors will have the chance try skiing and snowboarding and enjoy a buffet meal. There will also be a guest appearance by Polo the Polar Bear (above), the mascot of John Nike Leisuresport Limited.
At Plymouth, as well as reduced price group taster sessions – £2 for a half hour skiing or snowboarding lesson – there will be a slalom race to promote the John Nike Leisuresport Alpine Race Club. Regulars will also be treated to reduced price open practice and open snowboard freestyling sessions.
Keep an eye on local press for further information about the open days or call your local centre – contact details can be found on page 12.
